As Chief Strategy & Operating Officer at Orr Group, President of LOCUS Impact Investing, and the head of the fiscal sponsorship practice at Arabella Advisors, Sarah has built high-performing teams, resilient systems, and sustainable revenue models. Her expertise spans strategy, operations, and data-driven insights, fueling transformational growth.

Sarah holds a BA and MA from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, bringing both academic depth and practical experience to her work.
